Every media room now features a large and comfy section sofa and ottoman. The sectional configuration will allow the media room to accommodate more than the four guests the original recliners made room for.

Each Loggia Villa is now equipped with both a Peloton bike and treadmill. The gyms have also been outfitted with larger televisions, sound bars, and new workout equipment. Each villa front door has been repaired and refinished to ensure the most pristine entrance to your villa home.

In the upcoming months, please look forward to the arrival of the new Subzero refrigerators, refrigerators have been ordered and will be installed shortly. The maintenance team is also working with vendors on enhanced outdoor lighting, updated audio-visual systems, and keyless lock entry.

The Villas now offer remote check-in for villa owners, this allows owners to bypass the front desk and retrieve keys and welcome packet directly at the villa.
